Dengue Fever
Dengue Fever is dangerous germ which is spread in human bodies. Dengue
fever is a viral fever transmitted mosquito bites. The Aedes mosquito
is the culprit the disease is very prevalent in tropical countries like
ours. Dengue is characterized by
sustained high grade fever pain around inside or behind the eyes nausea
and vomiting abdominal discomfort Diarrhea, Muscle Aches measles like
red rashes all over the body. There two types of Dengue
classic dengue and hemorrhagic. It the first type of dengue recovery is
most likely to occur more quickly. But in the second type a decrease in
platelet count can result in bleeding, organ failure, and even death.
There are vaccines against dengue.
That's
why prevention is crucial. The vector "Aedes " mosquito breeds in
stagnant fresh water and rainwater. So we must be vigilant in keeping
our household areas clean. We must not allow water to stagnant in
flowerpots vases, tares and pubbles. Besides, we must protect ourselves
from mosquito bites. So we should always wear protective clothing like
pants, long sleeves. and socks. We have to use mosquito nets or curtain
and mosquito repellent. Above all, we must consult a doctor if any fever
persists for days.
